Walking the Spiral Path: part 1

We all came from darkness and light. They are both at the beginning of everything. We mature and ripen in the darkness of the womb and then when we’re ready to be born, we connect to another source of life – the light. Light and darkness – they both touch the matter; they create the matter. Our body is a mirror image of the universe – the macrocosm reflected in the microcosm. Whatever happens without is happening also within, always and for ever. To live, our physical body has organs. They allow us to function, absorb nutrients, process, release and transform. We are transforming daily – within and without. Our energy body has organs as well – these organs are the energy centres. They are not solid like our physical organs. They are beautiful and sacred wheels of energy that help us to grow, function, process, release, transform and live. We are all in the process of eternal evolution and transformation. Within our bodies the endocrine system producing hormones meets with the nerve bundle. In comparison to nerves that communicate electrically at the speed of light, the hormones are slow movers. When two of them coincide, the wheel begins to spin, and the energy centre is born. When this energy centre is cleared, it is directly connected to the sunlight, to starlight, to the darkness of the earth and the darkness between the stars. It is feeding from the electromagnetic energy of nature.

In our lives we need maps to be able to find our way. Directions and Elements are our first map – they are the fundamental forces that inform the energy and the matter. We are all elemental beings and Elements are our first ancestors. The Elements are always present within us – the Water in our blood, saliva, tears, and sweat; Earth in our bones and flesh; Fire in the inner-spirit that propels us forth, in our digestion and burning desire and will, in the flash of light of communicating nerves and electricity that passes through the neurons; and Air in our breath. They allow us to live and be a part of nature. The second map is the map of the Sacred Wheels – our internal compass that connects us to the past and the future. Through this map we can experience both immortality and infinity. When we connect to our inner-compass and step from one wheel to the other we are going through the process of an immense transformation, and we are informing the reality surrounding us. We can change and upgrade our reality, and by doing that create and dream a better life for ourselves.

I’ve learnt from Alberto Villoldo that the Source of the Sacred is our WIRACOCHA. This is the place where the soul/spirit lives within us. Although those teaching are from the Andes, when you look at the Christian paintings, all the saints, Jesus, Mary, even God, are portrayed with the halo around their heads. They are all portrayed as enlightened beings. The halo is the birthright of us all – we all hold this energy centre in our energy field. Shamanic wisdom from the Andes teaches us that when we die, the energy centres upload all the information into Wiracocha – into our Soul Star. Then the uploaded spirit goes to look for the family we’re going to be born next to. When it finds the right family, its choses to be born again into it. When this spirit centre – the beautiful sacred wheel connects to the embryo, it begins to download all the information into the physical centres in the embryo’s body and in its energetic field. This information preordains our destiny, so that we can heal the themes and the issues that haven’t been resolved in our previous lifetimes. It is called ENSOULMENT. In religion and philosophy, the ensoulment is a moment when a human, or other being, gains the soul. The quickening – the moment when the mother can feel the baby for the first time – is an indication of the presence of the soul.

We cannot create our own reality until we change the quality of the information in each of our energy centres, until they glow again with the light and are not afraid of the darkness. The Tibetans called this the Rainbow Body. According to them, the Rainbow Body is what frees us from the cycles of re-births and allows us to re-incarnate. The cycles of rebirth are unconscious – we are attracted to the family that holds the same stories that we do. But reincarnation means that we can consciously choose when and if we want to come back to the body. This is the process of our eternal evolution.

To connect to our energy centres, we must slow the breath. We need to witness what is happening in our body and energetic field. We need to connect to our centres and ask them to reveal to us what is hidden within, what we have brought forth from another lifetimes. We need to become still. We need to listen. We need to trust. Only then the spirit of each energy centre will reveal itself to us and the shamans from the past, present and future will be able to tell us the story of our origin.

We are all children of the Sacred Union between the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. For me, the Divine Masculinity has nothing to do with men, it is the essence within us that we deem masculine. And Divine Femininity is not reserved for women only – it is the essence within us that we deem feminine. Within our bodies we hold both. We unify both within. It is essential for our health and wellbeing to find and reconnect with Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within – without prejudice, but with trust and open heart. Are feminine and masculine separate? Not for me. The energy of the Divine Feminine and Masculine is one energy, and it is present in all of us. When we split it, it loses its divinity, and we fall from grace. And what do we fall into – we fall into prejudice, segregation, colonization, pain, taboo, and we give our power away. A big part of coming home to ourselves is to integrate these energies within.

We often categorise feminine as women and masculine as men, and we make many projections. But the truth is, that we are all people who are trying to live in a prejudice world, which is extremely hard. We must own our shadow. We must own what is toxic masculinity within me, what is toxic femininity within me; and we must separate what our experiences of men are, our wounds to do with masculinity from true Divine Masculine. This is not the same. We must also separate our experiences of women, our wounds to do with toxic femininity from true Divine Feminine. This is not the same. When we project something onto someone, we project our energy, we’re giving away pieces of our own energy. So, by bringing it back, by healing it, we bring back our power.

Why do I write about Divine Feminine and Masculine here, you may ask? I’m writing about them as they are essential in dancing the Spiral Path. Let’s look at our bodies, their alchemical and spiritual aspects. Our bodies are divided into right side – male, left side – female; right side – father lineage, left side – mother lineage; waist down – female; waist up – male; front of the body – male and the future, back of the body – female and the past. This is why sitting in Lotus position is considered unifying for the body – the left hand which is the feminine side of the masculine upper body is touching the right leg, which is the masculine side of the feminine lower body, and vice versa, and through breath they are brought into union.(1) Cosmic Father and Mother Earth connected. We have grown to believe that Father Sky is a masculine energy, and that Mother Earth is feminine only. But we couldn’t be further from the truth, as the masculine and feminine always mixes and joins together. Within all masculine Father Sky (Cosmic Father) filled with the light of many stars, the feminine is the darkness between the stars. Within all feminine Mother Earth, within her dark and fertile soil, the masculine is present in the light at her core, in the heat of the lava, the fire – they cannot exist without one another. Only together they can create and become. This relationship continues within our body. In our brain – cerebrum is considered the masculine brain and seat of light consciousness, trust, information, external intelligence, space, and time. Cerebellum is considered feminine brain and the seat of love consciousness, oneness, eternal now, interconnection, internal union. We have both parts within us. Left-right twin relationship continues in our ovaries/testicles. The left ovary is considered feminine, the right ovary masculine. Depending on whether you were conceived from an egg released from the left or right ovary, you will be more likely to embody a feminine – lunar, or masculine – solar way of being.(1) Even the heart has two chambers, and the kidneys work in tune with the masculine and feminine. Throughout our body when the energies of these organs come together in love, a sacred union is created. The sacred space where masculine and feminine energies meet, merge, and commune with the source, becoming as the Source and returning to the original blueprint of Oneness. If there is an issue or imbalance in one energy, it will affect the other, as true healing can only happen in relationship. Everything in existence is in a relationship of sacred duality, and the connection and harmony of these relationships will affect the emotional, physical, psychological, energetic and spiritual health of the organs, energy centres and the entire body. It will affect the individual as a whole, the union between the individuals, and the entire Web of Life. When the feminine and the masculine come back into union and harmony we can feel an incredible release of the vital force, the life force energy, we become relaxed, open, loving and complete, and healing can happen. This is why it never really worked for me to raise my energy up only. To work through the energy centres in one way, without the possibility of revisiting places, feelings and wounds. To only call upon the masculine way up, hoping that the earth will ground me into feminine and into now. I don’t want to hope; I want to feel and experience the masculine and feminine movements within. Only then I am able to travel into the depths of my healing and becoming.
