Reiki Healing
The word Reiki combines two Japanese words – Rei, which means “Higher Power”, and Ki, which means “Life Force Energy”.It is a wonderful, gentle and powerful hands-on healing technique, which through a simple, natural and safe hands-on method restores balance, promotes self-healing and brings a person to a state of equilibrium.

What does the treatment involve?
During the treatment you are fully clothed. You may lie on the couch or sit in a chair – depending on your comfort and preferences. I will use a gentle hands on position and will start working in the middle of your body (or on your arms when you are seated), and then I will work over your entire body starting from your head and finishing at your feet. During the treatment you may feel heat coming from my hands, sometimes tingling, a feeling of sinking or floating, sometimes nothing at all – it varies from person to person. You can rest assured that whatever your feelings are the energy will enable you to deeply relax, rest and will help you to stay focused. It will also accompany your body in a self-healing process.
I am a fully qualified Reiki Master/Teacher based in Cambridge.
The treatment will usually last between 45-60 minutes.
Investment: £50 per session.
